- Standard Shipping: 4–8 business days

- Remote locations: 7–12 business days

Shipping Charges

- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

- Orders below ₹999 may incur a shipping fee displayed at checkout.

- Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional handling charge.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will assist you.

Damaged Package

If your order arrives damaged:

1. Take clear photos of the package and product.

2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
